Can this work for a small local tradie like me?

Mate, this is literally built for tradies, just like you. Whether you're flying solo or run a small crew, the tools are designed to make life easier. We focus on businesses that don't have back office staff, because that's where AI makes the biggest difference. If you are answering your own calls right now, this is for you!

I'm not great with tech - how hard is it to set up?

You don't set it up - that's our job. We handle everything, train you on the basics, and support you after it goes live. You'll only need to know the simple stuff - like checking your calendar or reading messages. If you can use a smartphone, you'll be sweet.

How long does it take to get started?

It depends on the services you choose. For the AI Chatbot or AI Reviews, it can be ready in a 5-7 days. For the AI Receptionist, setup takes 7-10 days. We handle all the technical work - you just need to approve how it sounds and what it says before we launch.

What does it cost?

It depends on what you need, that's why we built the quiz. Some tradies will benefit most from the AI Receptionist. Others want the full setup.

How it works

Will my customers know it’s AI?

Your AI receptionist is trained to sound like a member of your team and reply in your style and tone. Most customers just want fast help, they’re not looking to chat. The AI can introduce itself as your assistant, but that’s completely up to you. And when it matters, they can always be transfered to you.

My customers are older - will they want to use it?

This is one of the most common concerns we hear, and here's what actually happens: Most customers - including older ones - just want their problem sorted quickly. They're calling because they need a tradie, not for a chat.

Your AI answers professionally, gets their details, and books them in. When you show up to the job, that's where your personal service happens. They're not losing the personal touch - they're just not sitting through endless ringing anymore.

And if someone genuinely needs to talk to you directly, the AI transfers them straight through. You stay in control.

What is the AI gives out the wrong info?

You're in control the whole time. We set the AI up with YOUR info - your services, pricing, how you like to book jobs, all of it. You can change it anytime through a simple dashboard. Plus, you get transcripts of every conversation for the first couple of weeks so you can see how it's going. If something's not quite right, just give us a yell and we'll sort it.

What happens after hours or on weekends?

The AI doesn't clock out. It keeps working 24/7 to answer enquiries, capture leads, and even book jobs. It works non-stop so you don't need to.

Can I choose which messages or tasks get automated?

Yes. Everything's customizable. You can set the AI to handle just the basics - or let it go further with follow-ups and reminders. You decide how much control you want to hand over.

Can I read or edit what the AI says?

Yes. You'll have access to all the scripts during setup, and we'll help fine-tune the responses to match your style. You also get conversation transcripts so you can see how it's performing and request changes anytime.

Can I turn the AI off or control when it's active?

Yes. You can set business hours for when the AI is active, pause it anytime from your dashboard, or turn off specific features (like booking) while keeping others running (like answering questions). You're always in control.

Do I have to change the way I work?

Not at all. We look at how your business runs now, then build the system to fit. If something isn't working, we'll help you improve it without flipping everything upside down.

Is this going to replace me or my team?

What if I'm already using other tools?

Who helps me if I get stuck?

Support is available 24/7 through our chatbot and global team. If you need more help, our local experts are just a message away during NZ business hours.

Is there an app? Can I use it from my phone?

Yes. Everything runs through a mobile-friendly app so you can manage your jobs, messages, and bookings from anywhere. Check messages, approve bookings, and see your calendar - all from your phone.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Everything is encrypted (AES-256) and stored securely in access-controlled facilities. We follow strict data protection standards, and your info is never sold or shared. Your business data stays private.

What happens if the AI breaks or goes down?

The platform we use has 99.9% uptime and is backed by industry-leading infrastructure. If there's ever an issue (extremely rare), you'll get instant alerts and calls will automatically route to your regular phone number as a backup.

What about spam calls or time-wasters?

The AI is smart enough to screen out obvious spam (robocalls, telemarketing) and qualify callers before booking them in. If someone's asking questions that don't match your services, the AI politely ends the call rather than wasting your time.

You can also review call transcripts and block numbers if needed.

What are AI usage fees?

Our tools use AI to handle calls or messages. Usage is billed based on actual use, so you only pay for what your business uses.

Simple appointment bookings use less AI than complex multi-question conversations. If you prefer fixed costs, you can add unlimited AI usage. You can also set time limits on calls to control costs.
